Born and raised in the South Side of Chicago and coming from a creative and business oriented family Marsh Arts knew from an early age that she wanted to work with her hands and to help others. At an early age, she took art classes and would consistantly draw cartoon characters and create abstract painting in her spare time. Even though she started Marsh Arts in 2012 by creating her business plan, creating her brand and offering graphic design, illsutration and painting services she officially recieved her BFA in Graphic Design in 2015 from the Art Institute of Tinley Park at the age of 23. Spending years perfecting her craft and being mentored, she took her knowledge and skills and moved to Atlanta Georgia at the age of 24 where she would spend the first few years emerged into the art scene selling her artwork, spreading the knowledge of her people and connecting with some of the best artist and business owners within the Atlanta community. Through The Marsh Arts Studio she creates artwork rather its a painting or an illustration that will inspire and educate to spark the people that will make a change a difference within this world. Marsh Arts also provides services like graphic designs, illustrations, paintings/murals as well as printing services for the people on the front lines rather its needing advertisement for protest a change or starting a business that will provide a need for someone to make sure they have everything they need to make that difference. The studio also creates a loving safe creative space for people to release their stress through art therapy. Her purpose on earth is to help others in need. Her passions are Art and History. She could not made it this far without the love and support of her family. She understands that in order to accomplish your dreams and goals that you have to go through the struggles in life that will prepare you for what you have always wanted and what the world is waiting for you to do. She’s not perfect nor does she tries to be. She just strives to be a better self each and every day because no telling who is waiting for her spark to transform someones elses journey through life. She knows that she cannot properly love others unless she properly loves herself and by using her passions to fullful her purpose is how she sets the artist inside of her free!
